Hot Lunch Online Program

2023 – 2024

School Council will once again be offering a Hot Lunch Program for the 2023/24 school year. It is optional for you to order hot lunches for your child(ren). If you choose to participate in this program the online order system requires a small amount of setup time. You must register each child you have attending our school prior to ordering hot lunch for your child(ren). 

Parents/guardians who registered last year will need to re-register each student for this school year.

Once the initial setup process is complete, your hot lunch orders for the remainder of the year should be quick and simple.

 Here’s how to get started… 

  1. Go to 
  2. Click on “Click Here to Register” 
  3. Complete the rest of the registration form. (Including your email address will ensure you receive reminder emails about hot lunch order deadlines, and your child’s hot lunch order for the upcoming week 
  4. Access code: OLRS (Use capitals it is case sensitive) 
  5. Click the “Register Now” button at the bottom 

Follow the instructions to add each child in your family who attends Ècole Our Lady of the Rosary School 

Make note of the password you create as you will use this each time you log in to for the remainder of the year. Once your child(ren) are registered, click on “orders”. Proceed to order hot lunch for your child(ren) 

PayPal: We only accept hot lunch order payments through PayPal ( No cheque or cash payments will be accepted at any time. You can either pay with a credit card as a PayPal guest (Visa, Mastercard or Amex), or set up your own PayPal account. There is a $0.30 and 2.9% fee each time you check out. Example: on a $50 order the fee would be approximately $1.75. This small cost greatly reduces volunteer hours. ** Please note** Should you experience any issues with your PayPal account, you must contact PayPal directly to solve the issue. We are always looking for volunteers to assist with Hot Lunch Distribution Days, if you are interested please email us and you will require a current criminal record check. 

To prevent food waste, if your child is absent from school on the day of hot lunch distribution, please phone the office by 11:00am to make arrangements to pick up your child(ren)’s hot lunch or it will be donated to a student in need.
